I have a BlackJack II and i just installed CE REG EDITOR so i could maximize the limit on my ringtones.. i had no problem with that. But i wanted to know how to install a program.. Most programs come in CAB files, which you simply copy to your device and then open them (that starts the installation process, at the end of which you should get a new icon in your Start Menu) Some smaller apps just come as .exe's, which you can just copy to your device and run.
