Q9h Switching Phone off at night

Have a Q9h and I put it on charge over night and leave the phone switched on. When I come in, in the morning, the phone says "Phone off" with an "X" symbol under the battery. If I re-start the phone it does not pick up the provider signal and sometimes it takes 3/4 re-starts, normally ending up with me taking the battery out and restarting that way, before the provider signal comes up. If I leave the phone off and charge it over night and then turn it on in the morning the phone picks up the provider signal almost instantly.

Can anyone tell me what is going on here??
