Help, this is my fourth shadow phone but seems to have the same problem. Ever since the update to the new firmware, my phone goes through periods when the ring tone does not work. The phone will blink but the ring tone wont come on, or when i try calling a number, the person's number will keep flickering on and off. i dont know if anyone is having similar problems. is there a way to return to the old firmware?

i also have this issue as well... hmm, when i power it off and turn it back on that problems seems to go away for awhile. as far as i know once you flash it to the new i dont think you can return to the old.

Im having the same problem and have been having it forever, ive tried almost everything.  T-mobile just keeps sending out new phones to me, which end up doing the EXACT SAME THING!

Does anyone have an idea whats going on here?  I could really use some help too
