Can I unlock my SPV M700?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to unlock my SPV M700 phone which is currently locked to Orange.  If it is, would it affect any of the software?  Cheers

It is possible and one solution is http://www.imei-check.co.uk/ but it will cost you £20 for the service.
As for software there nothing would be affected.
