i cant enter text using the keyboard when using word or messaging can someone help?

Sounds like a problem with your software.

I got it once. After installing "disable t9.cab". No way to get it back. Only do a clean boot, set up everythings again! Now my ipaq can input characters and numbers. However i hate the suggestion, prediction function. It never correct for what i wan to type because i dont use english. Dont know whether they have a soft to turn off suggestion or manually add more words for prediction ? I will not use "disablet9.cab" again

Hi, did you solve this problem? I really don't want to wipe my device...
