ipaq 614c : 2 different models

First of all thanx a lot for all the useful information I could retrieve from reading the ipaq 6xx posts. I am now seriously considering to buy one! However, I have the option for 2 different models: FA992AT#ABB and FA992AB#ABB. Does anybody know the difference? Hp's quick specs indicate "top value" for the AT- model, but I have no idea what could be missing....
