PS Won't this create a load of extra space in the back of your device? Handy for keeping your spare change I suppose :D

This could work in favour, altho im not sure. I think it all depends whether a piece of plastic is used to cover the camera or not. If its scratch resistant then great but im 99% sure its just a standard diamond cover design, just bigger.

Will have to see but I dont think itll improve the camera, but i dont think itll make the camera any worse.

£41 total price tho, may have alook around and see what else is out there! Seems a bit pricey to me.

Why not work a proper capacity battery into the thing in the 1st place HTC??!!

Because a lot of people prefer small thickness/weight over battery life.

Personally I think I will go with third-party 1800MAh, its cheaper and utilizes back space more efficiently without making device too "prismy".

VErY good point! Will they just hurry up and get some in stock so we can tell :-) Is someone from Modaco going to be able to get one to 'trial' and let us Joe Public know?

"half the price of expansys"

Suprise Suprise half the price of expensive :D

To be fair, you're comparing a Hong Kong 'Cameron Sino' brand non genuine battery and cheap nasty rear cover to a branded HTC oem one.

I had a 'Cameron Sino' Qtek 9100 extended battery. The battery seemed fine, the cover was horrendous and didn't fit properly.

They may well be expensive, but it's like comparing the price of Stella at Asda to Tesco value lager....

Ha ha

When you click on larger picture, its approximately 0% bigger!!

Cant really see the difference in size with that, maybe that's a good thing or else maybe its deliberate?

Cheers

def need a bigger battery but thats quite a bit. don't mind if i'ts a little thicker. the standard battery is a joke and is the achilles heel of my diamond.
