Preventing Moto Q of using company network when connected via USB (Sprint Q - Windows Mobile 5)

Devices:moto q

Hi All:

When I connect my Moto Q via USB to my PC at work, the moto Q accesses the internet via my company Network. This is preventing me from running AIM mobile, because they have the AIM domain blocked. I would like to force the Moto Q to use the wireless sprint network even when its connected via USB to my work PC. Is there a way to do this?
