Am I right in saying this is part of the ROM?  I saw this a few days ago and from what I gather it comes with the firmware... so the question is... what firmware are they using?

Yes, the game comes with the new rom, i908ZTHI1/i908ZHHI2.

This is a Chinese(T) version rom for Omnia Taiwan edition aka i908.

But i haven't get this rom, so i can't extract this game for you.

disappointed... I expected something that makes better use of the accelerometer.
now it just detects it's been shake and launches a unique randomizer each time, same animation length, and it looks pretty poor
