GPS on i900 fix to slowly

Good afternoon!

I have a russian rom (PUHH5) and internal GPS not fixed at least 5 minutes.
Every times when i try to use GPS, i need wait for a fix more than 5 minutes!

XTra enabled and downloaded latest ephemeris.
Software port COM3, Hardware port COM9/4800 baud

I think, GPS setup is wrong.
Can you give me registry values at  HKLM\Software\Samsung\RIL\GPS ?
