I install this program S2u2 (iphone application) after that, i can't go into my setting menu. It says "error to controlpanel.exe, please send info to microsoft" Does anyone know what i should do hard reset the phone? how do i reset the phone, and if i do that, will my phone go back to manufactering setting?

Dont know if hard resetting will help but you can try it. Hold the Answer Call and End Call keys on front of the phone and press the reset button with a pin on top of the phone all at the same time. Should sort your problem, no harm in trying it.
