Sound to bluetooth headset not working

Besides phonecalls themselves, it is not possible to route any sound to the bleutooth headset.
Not with bluemusic (http://www.teksoftbluemusic.com) and also not with Microsoft VoiceCommand.
I tried several firmwares up to DXHI1 but its working in none.
Any help there?
