Any diff in apps between the diff region firmwares?

Hi There

Can I find out if there is any diff is apps or features between the diff region firmwares?
I am thinking of upgrading my firmware but not sure which region to choose.

Last time for i600, the Europe version is different with Asia version. The Asia version does not have the carousel theme.
