Hi,

I am very new to windows mobile phones. I am trying to transfer the photos I have taken, but when I use the synchronizer program I can only access My documents where as my files are stored in either My Storage or Storage Card.

Could someone please guide me through this?

you need to click start/settings, click tab called connections, then usb connection mode, wherever your photo's are stored eg: storage card or my storage choose that in the drop down menu, then click mass storage, now when you connect to the pc you will see the phone as a drive.
