Hi all,

First of all thanks to everyone on this forum that has helped make my Omnia such a great phone...was extremely disappointed initially with the phone...then hey presto I found this forum...updated the rom, installed a few useful apps and now am very happy with it .

I'm on the Orange network using DXHJ1 rom...when I try and browse the internet with Opera it seems to take forever to fully load the page, over 5 mins but yet with Internet Explorer the same page is fully loaded in under a minute.

Do you guys find the same problem?? It's been like this since receiving the phone (before updating the rom)...are there any specific config settings I need to make...

Also in the browser connection setting on the Omnia have you guys ticked the box to automatically detect settings or doesn't it matter.

I have same problem on Tmobile's Tzone with proxy hack, OperaMini, on the other hand loads the same page in only a few seconds.  Hopefully in a future rom/opera update it'll load faster as I like opera's interface better.
