Guest Hydroxpert Posted October 26, 2008 Report Share Posted October 26, 2008 there is a well known 2 second lag before the ringtone...i think it has been a problem with many users and i do not think that there is a way to prevent that...seems an inherent issue. if you are using vista, you can use emulation software such as VMware to install windows xp and then flash your phone from there...check the thread in this subforum for more tips on doing so. or of course you can always install windows xp, like what i did. good luck!
