Can TOUCH FLO be installed into any rom

I love the TF but wanted to try other Roms.

TF does take up a lot of storage space on your device. That is one of the main reasons for the special M2D Rom - it has a lot of the gumf removed allowing space for M2D. If you don't install many other programs then you can load it on any ROM, but space will be an issue if you do need other programs (like navigation etc).

Installing M2D from scratch is a painful process and having a ROM built in is a god send. If you like M2D and want to stick to it, then the specialised M2D ROM is ace.

The great thing about these ROMs is that you can flash back and forth to your hearts content!! :lol:

Yeah I have a problem with the latest version of the Special M2D rom as I put in that thread (no answers ;-( yet)

I was waiting for the new version as the improvements from the old I need but cant work with the new so stuck

hence the question

Any advice would be great Am I right in thinking the only special M2D rom is PassoA's rom

Yep, PassoA's is the only special ROM. You could create your own - but that would only help if you were going to be more savage than PassoA in removing programs (you would probably need to delete Touch Player and Opera - but these would be major losses IMHO). Hopefully the guys building the M2D over at XDA developers will start to lighten the heavy M2D files soon!
