How dod you change camera settings/modes etc?

Also can you crop and amend pictures on the phone

The camera settings and modes are changed by tapping the screen when in Camera mode and tap the cog on the right.  Here you will find the settings related to the current mode.  If you tap the camera icon instead of the cog you can change to different modes like video, panorama etc.  Not sure about editing pictures on the phone, I'd imagine you will need some third party software for that but I haven't noticed any as it's not something I need to do (yet).
