Upgrading to offical HJ1

Hello eveyrone,

I have never updated before partially to the reason that I dont have an XP machine at home. I now want to upgrade to the new official rom that has vista update. My curent version is PDA: I900BHI2/BDHI2/BDHI2

PHONE: I900XXHH9

So i tried the "singapore trick" and didnt work due to the incorect version ofc, i then tried regedit trick but wasnt sure i was doing it correctly so if someone can clarify what i need to change based upon my current rom please help. So i want to ask 2 things:

1.) I see people saying i have DX blabla or DH but i dont see any of those letters on my current rom!!!!

2.) Can we take advantage of the flashing method of the VISTA new official rom for other roms as well?

And last but not least if i change to Philipines i may have more luck or shouldnt matter anyway?

Oh and 1 more thing! By doing the "singapore trick" do i lose guarantee?
