Should hopefully fix the memory leak some have reported, although the changelog only lists improved 3G radio.

Installed, new boot info:

Old: r 1.58.17.02  
       g 25.62.30.03h
       d 1.31.00.00

New: r 1.60.43.19
        g 25.86.30.08h
        d 1.31.00.00

Seems to scavenge memory better when stopping tasks so maybe they have fixed the leak too?
