Not specific to the Omnia, but, here are a few I've come across in my general tinkering. Use the below at your own risk - I make no warranties that they will not cost you money, damage your phone or set some option which you cannot unset.

*#04#: something to do with SMS (returns "Error performing request Short Message Transfer Rejected)
*#05#: something to do with SMS (returns "Error performing request Short Message Transfer Rejected)
*#06#: device IMEI
*#99#: returns "Error performing request No Error"
*#100#: own number
*#101#: HLR name
*#102#: circuit switched data gateway
*#103#: network date and time
*#104#: not sure what this is - looks like a message centre number (not SMSC), followed by the name of a network node
*#105#: GSM / GPRS registrations
*#147#: last inbound number, time and date
*#148#: returns "Your profile is currently single and your state is on"
*#747#: Sets last caller number erase flag
*#748#: Clears last caller number erase flag
*#749#: Clears last caller number erase flag
*#760#: returns "Error performing request No Error"
*#767#: returns "Error performing request No Error"
*#1345#: pre-pay balance (will return "not applicable" for post-pay customers)
*43# : activate call waiting
#43# : cancel call waiting
**21* phone number where calls are to be forwarded #: divert all calls
**67* phone number where calls are to be forwarded #: divert calls when on another call (busy)
**61* phone number where calls are to be forwarded #: divert calls when no reply
##002# : cancel all diverts
*#21# : show call divert status
*#61# : show call divert status
*#62# : show call divert status
*#67# : show call divert status
**61* voice mailbox number * 10 * amount of seconds # : set time delay before calls divert to voicemail

You can press the center button to change the screen. Do not type anything as it will change the information. Phone number Akey and i think that is about it.

Been reading the board for a while, but first time poster.  I managed to dump my rom, and started playing with the DialParser.dll, and I found a few new codes listed.  These are working on my i910:
*772  -MEID- Use Code 000000 (may be others)
**33284 -Call Monitor- Use Code 000000 (may be others)
#43574357* - Extended Device info
*#745* - Debug info collector (\Logs)
*#9900# - another debug collector (\Logs)

All codes listed in the dialparser, just trying to enable the "Hidden menu" mode (probably through a reg key entry)

##523
**2288379
**6738378
**8378
*#9910#
*#9900#
**667738
*#232339#
*#232338#
*#745#
**7382

Is it odd that the "*#9910# = Firmware updater" code doesn't do anything? And what do you have to do to get to the hidden menu?

You have to use Samsung PST, get the i910 dll (they are in the GPS thread), and goto the settings menu, and enable Access Hidden Menu.

Figured so. I was not sure where i read about it. So i figured it had to do with that. Thanks for the info though. I amexperienced with phones and hacking enough to know my way around. So i don't really worry too much about bricking it.
