This is not technically a bug, but is very confusing behaviour.
The left 'Soft Menu' still says 'hold' after the call has ended. This makes it looks like the call is still in progress.
It does go grey to denote that it cannot be selected, but this is not immediately obvious, especially when 'out and about'.
It would be better to change this to read 'Home' and have the key take you back to the Home Screen.
Note: this occurs when the phone is not Keylocked.
