Guest iygnim Posted February 4, 2009 Report Share Posted February 4, 2009 hi everyone, i hope someone can help me out here. my omnia is running on DXHH3 at the moment, and i wanted to upgrade it to the latest official firmware. as such, i downloaded DZHK3 from the official samsung site. however, i was unable to upgrade due to an "incorrect software version" error. i found a solution from another thread where i changed the phone's preconfiguration to "singapore" and a local telco accordingly. however, as i'm from singapore, my phone was already listed under "singapore". next, i tried downloading version DXHK3 from the philippines instead. still, i faced the "incorrect software version" error once again. anyone has a solution to this? i haven't tried any other rom or editing the registry without help as i'm very new to winmobile devices and am afraid of bricking the omnia. thanks!
