Hello all!

This is my first post in this forum so please be kind with me. *g*

I'm form Vienna, Austria where you can buy parking tickets with your mobile phone. Now I would like to have a small program which automatically
buys these tickets for me.

It should work like that:

There is a start time (mostly right now) and an end time.

There is a law which says that you don't have to pay for the first started quarter hour. So if you buy a ticket at 09:05
you start paying at 09:15.

For example:

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 12:00

09:00 The software sends an SMS with the amount of minutes you want to park (30) to a predefined number. No the ticket is valid from 09:15 to 09:45
At 09:45 the program sends automatically the next SMS with the amount of minutes (30) --> ticket is valid from 10:00 till 10:30

and so on...

I hope I was not to cryptic and somebody can develop that kind of software.

I would really appreciate it and I will donate to that person.
