How can I sync my Outlook from a PC to my Shift?

I have a Liberted HTC Shift and need to get my Outlook Contacts and Calendar from my laptop (running Windows XP) into my Windows Mobile 6.1 side (SnapVue) of my Shift. Can anyone direct me to step by step instructions?

I am going to assume you have a WM device other than your Shift.

In that case, the easiest way is to sync that to your laptop, then connect it to your Shift and sync it with the Vista side so Outlook on Vista has all your Contacts and Calendar data.

Then connect SnapVUE to Vista through USBTool, sync and you're done!
