OK, got off to a not so great start with the first ROM last week, but here's my next slightly more official one :(

Name: STV0F
Base ROM: IA5
Ported to: 20757 XIP and SYS
Updates: CF to 3.5
BT VC Fix: No
Features: User Customisation via SDConfig.txt in Storage Card.

Notes:
This ROM simply takes the original IA5 ROM and updates XIP/SYS to newer 20757 version. I have also fixed the previous ROM port issues where mouse pointer is messed up and multi-selection not working in File Explorer.
The Flash Lite version is still original as this is needed for the widgets to work, I did not update these.
I did not add the BT Voice Command fixes in as these seem to have been causing a few problems lately so will wait till we get a more stable and complete fix for this with no side effects.
I didn't bother including a phone section in the updater as I really prefer not to touch that part so if you really need to update phone version, use GP or another updater first.

Thanks to:
Sector and Shokka9 for help with user customisation and package B)

Next up is a clean ROM with everything that can be removed, removed :(

Name: STV0L
Base ROM: IA5
Ported to: 20757 XIP and SYS
Updates: CF to 3.5, Flashlite to 3.1
BT VC Fix: No
Features: User Customisation via SDConfig.txt in Storage Card.

Notes:
The Transcriber is still in because for some reason with this 20757 SYS, it requires some files provided by Transcriber otherwise Bluetooth disappears!
I have also fixed the previous ROM port issues where mouse pointer is messed up and multi-selection not working in File Explorer.

I am open to suggestions for things to keep in :(

Cool, did you manage to get the cprog issue sorted Shokka?
I don't plan to make an M2D ROM at the moment as M2D can just be installed over a fresh ROM... maybe later once everything is confirmed nice and stable... for now I don't know of any bugs in this version, hope that won't change B)
tingchung_chin, no screen captures as didn't think worthwhile as it is just the standard IA5 ROM, same interface etc, just the OS is newer.

BTW Shokka, did you ever manage to figure out what option causes BT to disappear?  Trying to make a 'Lite' ROM using SYAKR and went ahead and ticked almost all boxes now BT has disappeared.. I think it's if you run certain combinations at the same time but don't know what...

As far as I remember , Sztupy said that removing IRDA drivers and FM radio might affect Bluetooth ; did you use XIP/SYS packages provided par Sztupy in Syokr , or is it a combination i900/i908 ?

Congratulations for your very hard work

Strangely I've found that once I replaced Transcriber then I got the BT back!  This ROM does not contain any i908 parts.

i always leave the IRDA drivers in, and when i have taken out transcriber my BT was fine?

so i cannot provide an explanation.

your initial 'different combinations = BT issue' is right. There is no straight forward answer. I think i have been lucky as i dont think i have had a BT issue as such.

touch wood!! B)

Cool, did you have to do anything special to get 20954 working?  I think the first time I did it, I got the cprog error so didn't continue on with it as 20757 was supposed to be more stable...
I'll post details for the bug fixes tomorrow, had to replace a file and apply a registry tweak...

I' m sorry but I don't think you totally answer my question : did you use the files provided by Sztupy or is it a XIP you modified ?
In case of modified XIP , could you share it , please : i would like to port it on a French Rom

Regards

I used Stzupy's XIP and SYS files and ported them for the IA5 firmware.  You can extract the XIP from my ROM though I am not sure whether you will issues with french as I use a WWE nls in it... but think only relevant up until initial boot...
Once I get everything sorted I will be posting all my ported files so everyone can use them.

I didn't put camera fix in my ROMs, to be honest I've not actually read into the camera fix cause I don't really use the camera much B)  It was something about not having to change settings every time starting camera wasn't it?

I aim to upload a completely 'lite' version tonight.
Any feedback on the current 'full' version?
Any issue if I removed all the IMEI configuration information and you just add it in yourselves through activesync when you get to welcome screen?  This way I can squeeze more storage space out of it as I think most of us won't need configuration data for 30+ countries, or is that just me?  B)
