I get a display screen saying 'You have tried 9 times. Please wait for retry.'
I have the unlock code. But I haven't tried it yet, the device already give me the too many attempt message. Now I cannot enter the unlock code.  Is there anyway to unlock the phone without SIM card?

Note: I am talking about sim lock, not CID/APP lock.

Please help!
