Hi,

I've searched high and low on the forum but I'm just getting more and more confused !

My problem is that I have a vodafone branded i900 with version numbers

i900XXHJ6/ACHJ2
i900BUHJ1

I want to use this phone on O2 but understand that the 'BUHJ1' ROM version locks it to vodafone. I have recently upgraded the PDA part of the ROM from the Samsung site but I want to update the phone part of the ROM so that I can use it on O2 or any other provider.

Can someone please tell me which ROM I can use, custom or official I don't mind ? Also any instructions on the best way to flash the suggested ROM would be very welcome !

If this is already covered somewhere else then apologies for being a bit stupid and please give me a link.

I don't understand.

Any custom rom updates your PDA and Phone.

As long as you have an .exe updater, it should update everything.

If you want an official rom head to the samsung rom site and choose Philippines as your country. (latest)
