The dialer looks like it was meant for QVGA.

Any hopes of making full use of the WQVGA screen?

I really like the keyboard skinning, all you need is to overwrite some .bmp files. I don't like the calculator as it installs a new app actually and the dialer which as said looks like it is for QVGA.

Maybe you can try skinning the SS dialer the same way as you did with the keyboard?

However when I start the app it gives me an error and then starts minimized to Task Manager. Any ideas?
