Is this the official rom? When do you think the official ROM with unlocked GPS will be available? Also, when is official WM 6.5 not beta be available?
Does anyone know?

I have no problem flashing to new rom. Just want it to be the official ones.

Nope, it's not an official ROM.
Speculation is May 11th.
WM 6.5 is likely to come out later this year - q3 or q4.

The next version going out internally to Samsung is supposed to be May 11th, people are just assuming (wrongly it seems) it will be out to VZW. I haven't seen any date for the official update.
