Hey,

Just purchased a Touch Diamond 2 off eBay and its not in English!

Some parts are in English but it is generally in Asian, i think it might be Thai?

So is there anyway to change this model to English, or do I need to get the English ROM?

Is there an English ROM? Or did I buy this phone too early???

Am I best just to sell it or wait?

As you suspect, the only way to fix this is to install a WWE ROM. Unfortunately, although some WWE ROMS are available from XDA Devs there is, as yet, no way to install one, as no-one has yet produced a version of HardSPL for the Topaz. Trying to update a ROM without that will fail.

Actually if you go over to XDA developers there is a way to flash official ROMs to change the language. PM cmonex over there and ask him about generating a "goldcard" for you. I'm pretty sure he'll do it for you, but he might ask for a small donation in return, not sure on that one.

Flash English ROM on your phone and you can find the detailed steps on google maybe or xda and other professional forums.
