is it possible to have it. So when an unknown number calls, it will show what state its coming from instead of just the area code???

When flashing with vista. It says you need Microsoft Windows XP CD or .ISO image and the serial key!  

How do i get one of those????

Where did you hear that you needed to use Win XP? Vista works just fine.
Follow my guide here, it will walk you through what to do (Assuming you have an i910 (Verizon))
