whit a simply regedit (tanks to the user that discover it.... but i don't know; and thank to magi1984 and pirataz from italians forums) ) you can enable it, but.... why manually edit reg, if you can use a cab?

here is the cab:

AFTER THE ISTALLATION, THE oMNIA WILL SOFT RESET.....
then go in setting/personal/notification ('suoni e notifiche' in italian rom, i don't know in WWE ROM) to set the new alert
sorry, but the new notification is named 'Avviso batteria scarica' (in italian)... but you can edit manually (oo no!!!!! the key (read the p.s.)
