IMHO, there is an before and an after of SRS WOW HD in listening music using headphones. As they say, SRS WOW HD provides improved audio for the Pocket PC. Unfortunately, the versions 1.2.1 and  1.4.1.0  doesn't work on TG01.

I really miss it. It would be great finding one compatible version.

Yes, I'm searching high and low for it also. It seems like all the versions are not able to run properly. It messed up with your phone's sound. After I installed it, there isn't any sound coming out from my phone.

Hi,
I've tried many versions, checked the reg keys(in many devices they have to be edited), but for now I've not found a working version.
There's a video on youtube where SRS works perfectly on the TG01, but I don't know what version it is. A friend of mine has tried to contact the guy that posted that video but he doesn't answer
So, if someone could try to find other SRS cab versions and post here, we can check the reg keys too and try to make it working.

SRS WOW is works, but had problem.

SRS_WOW_HD_121.A2DP.cab  and　WOWHD_ARM_CPanel.zip    ( works ver.1.21, picked it up from xda.  xda > G d > D and H > app SRS )

and u need change regi
HKLM > Drivers > BuiltIn > WaveDev

change "Flags" = dword:00010000   to   "Flags" =dword:00010002

and reset.


Problem is Bluetooth relations.　ヽ(´Д`；)ﾉ
set Bt headphone sometimes hang-up..　　< ( was taught. blogs friend )

Im sorry,   doesn't answer in youtube.

Not at all!!!!!  I've just tested with my Blutooth Headset Plantronics Voyager 855 (Highly recommended) and SRSWOW HD works PERFECTLY. I'm so happy....

At 1st, I'm not sure what to do with the cpl file. But it seems like it's pretty useless for me. As I couldn't load it. I just install the SRS_WOW_HD_121.A2DP.cab and modify the registry.

The SRS WOW program is located on the phone system setting area. Not the program area.

Thanks for the help guys, it worked, even without the .cpl file.

But as a matter of fact, i had to hard reset my device for the first time after the installation. But that may very well be bad coincidence.

I think it was due to my experiments with all the great apps, shells, tweaks and other customizations as well as alpha beta and final software. Today my phone all of a sudden went off several times, the last time it stayed blank after i have entered the pin code.

But now i know what i want and need on my TG01 and should have a fine running system again in a couple of hours.

Kudos to the TG01 Folks from all over the world.

Ok friends,
thanks to all(expecially thespo for writing his finding here ), I've modded a new SRS WOW cab file for our TG01, simply install and soft reset
I've used another cab to start becouse I've tried the thespo solution but I had the same problem as Sinsilla, my TG01 didn't exit from stand-by mode, so I had to remove the battery and switch-on it again. With this version I've not encountered this problem yet, so I hope it'll work good for everybody , the only difference is that this version has few options but I've tried to find the right way to increase the volume.

I am using SRS WOW HD 1.5.1 and have no problem what-so-ever. Work great with iTECH Clip R35 Bluetooth Stereo Adaptor.

But the position of the usb stereo adaptor on the side of the phone is really stupid.
Also sometimes having issue  use WIFI and Bluetooth together.

Hi all again,
I've done a second cab, I've updated the .cpl file, in this way we have new options and much improvements!
Install the cab file, soft reset then go into settings > SRS WOW > TrueBass tab and set:

Imput Gain = 0
Output Gain = 0

In this way your TG01 will ring really loooooud!!
