Is there a code that exists that will let me use my user defined shortcuts? Or am I just out of luck? It's driving me nuts!

Okay, so I've figured out how to change the shortcut list to user defined by using this:

  <plugin clsid="{[i]D79E963B[/i]-[i]2730[/i]-[i]499c[/i]-[i]A2CA[/i]-[i]E48F383E6417[/i]}" name="startmru"> <translaterockerkeys/>
 </plugin>

Does anyone know of a way to center it, or move it AT ALL? I've tried changing the x= values, padding, halign, everything I can think of. Anyone know?
