i900 screen shows nothing

so recently i went up to nor. cal and on the way up the phone was working just perfectly, as soon as i stepped out to the resturant i noticed that my touchscreen wasnt as responsive and it started acting up. i recalibrated the screen thinking that would fix it but it just made things worse... i turned the phone off the remainder of that day and prayed that the next morning everything would start working again... The next morning it was still the same. long story short i bought a new touch screen and right after i installed it. the lcd woudlnt display but i could hear it... i checked all connectors and plugs and evertything was in... so to save trouble i just bought a whole new lcd screen, i litterally just installed the new lcd screen and im still at ground zero.. no display but i hear it... anyone got any ideas?
