Just upgraded from i617 to i637. All good, love the CPU speed, but a couple of things are bugging me every day:
1) Garmin XT volume is way too loud. At 20% volume which is the lowest setting in the software I have to cover the speaker to muffle the navigation voice, otherwise its just too loud.
2) No bandsel.exe in this Jack. With the i617 (BJII) I used to be able to lock the phone in to either GSM (850) or 3G (WCDMA). Now I have to use AdminSettings. It gives me very limited options. When I choose GSM it sticks to GSM, but if I choose WCDMA, it just says "No Signal". If I set it to Auto the phone keeps switching back and forth btw GSM and 3G when I am in a poor reception area.
Does anyone know any tricks or suggestions on how to get the GPS volume and the GSM/3G modes under control as it was on the i617?
