Got my Hero at the weekend and rooted it then put Modaco custom rom on.
I used the SD card I got with the phone but today I got a new 8gb card.
Just wondering if I'm ok to just copy everything from the original card to the new one?

I did the same thing a few days ago, so I'll go through the steps:

Use astro to backup whatever apps you need to.
Put the new card in.
Format and partition it (http://androidandme....ndroid-apps2sd/)
Then use your pc to copy across anything essential from the old card to the new card (music, photo's, videos, and of course the astro backup folder)
Install your apps (from the backup dir) and you'll be good to go.
