Use Cellphone as a PC Webcam

Is there a free software which will allow me to use my cellphone which is running Windows Mobile (Blackjack 2), as my PC's webcam? I ran across a software called Mobiola which does what I want, but is there a software that is free?

I do not know of a free application but I have used Atecsoft application in the past, used to be called CoolCamera but they split the application into WebCamera Plus. I'm not sure if the application is still being supported anymore.

qik.com is top notch. It steams LIVE to your embedded video. Check out mine @ jmcivor.com at the top right. If I start recording it streams live, once I stop, it simply adds the video recorded directly to the list of prerecordings. Works great and its free.
