Sure you can use it with 23081 KC's rom. Just download and flash it just like you flashed 23081 rom...

Dear kanikamus,

It is the latest OFFICIAL version. But the leaked latest version is PUIE1... With XBIC1, you will get more battery... With PUIE1, you will get fast gps... Choice is up to you. I tried both and IMO, PUIE1 is better for me....

Thanks for all answer. I can install this rom updater without problem and the advantage over Khuanchai 23081.
