How do I edit my omnias Samsung theme 2 icons and paths?

Okay so I really like the Samsung Theme 2 but the icons want to point by default to pics and videos and such on the PHONE but I store my big files on the built in 8gb.

How do I edit the icons to point to my folders in my other memory and how do I add/remove icons?

I've not had a chance to look into this issue yet but I would expect a bit of registry editing may sort this out, unless someone makes a better designed widget.
