Well not quite, but if you're looking to run flash in Opera Mobile, now you can with a little help from XDA.

It's been around for a while, and has just been updated to v1.5.2, with an updated Flash library package and some minor bug fixes.

It's pretty straight forward, and there's even some short vids to show us exactly what to do!
