Guest liteace Posted November 21, 2009 Report Share Posted November 21, 2009 Hi All, I took delivery of my new LG GM750 on Monday, problem is as I live in Spain the windows mobile OS and the T9 is in Spanish and can not be changed. Is there anyway of removing (formatting) the phone and installing windows mobile in English, have these phones got like a country id file in them that the LG update program looks for? Could that be changed or deleted to fool the update program and install a different language pack and is there a T9 pack available for this phone?? Guest awarner (MVP) Posted December 6, 2009 Report Share Posted December 6, 2009 You could try a language pack from this site http://melgurth.ovh.org/index.php?page=downloads Obviously you do this at your own risk as I have not tested it my self and it may not be compatable with your device. As for "formatting" it is what we call flashing a new ROM, as yet I do not know of an available ROM for your device and as it is only on Vodafone or similar in Spain ROM updates may not be that common unfortunately.
