i just left the succubus that is verizon. but i really want that droid. its crazy! is there a gsm version of it out yet? i think i saw t-mobile in the uk having it. but getting that imported id have to get it unlocked somehow right?

Milestone is due out on Dec. 7 in the UK. I don't think it has American 3G radios in it though.

The GSM version MILESTONE is already availble via O2 and Vodafone Germany and also via Amazon.de.

i bought a Milestone for use in the US. Edge is really not that bad, specially given all the network saturation on at&t with the iPhone.. i find edge to be a tad faster at times... besides these days wifi is usually available everywhere. I wish the Liquid would have had T-mobile bands otherwise i would have jumped right for it, but at&t plans are a rip IMO.

I got one from Argentina, it has the US 3G bands. Also the brazilian version.
