Yep....a wm6.5 smartphone ( 6.5 via update - http://business.sams.....5^53_4000_0__ / http://www.samsungmo..._model=GT-C6625 ) for £99!

http://www.expansys....modaco&i=178359

(friday deal but doesn't seem to have expired...)

Mine arrived today. Sadly as per the norm with eXpansys these days it's been opened / used without them telling me :)

Perhaps the last item I buy from them TBH - seals broken, screen protector removed and replaced with fingerprints underneath, battery inserted, charger plug missing but supplied with *TWO* setup CD's....

Shame as they used to be my favourite retailer.

Anyway, handset seems very similar to other smasungs fo the form factor I have ( i320, i607 / i617) and very reminiscient of the amoi made SPV e610 I also have.

As per normal samsung wm phones doesn't seem to charge over usb and battery is flat so can't flash to 6.5 but it does exist :-)

Will get a replacement and do a mini review next week.

M.S

EDIT - it's an omnia / BJ II connector so am charging it and will flash it once charged....

EDIT 2 - unlike most samsung phones it DOES charge over USB!

Samsung updater says various errors - different each time - does not detect or support C6625...... wonder what gives... :)

Yet their own tech support FAQ's say it's not been tested. Grrrr.....

Nice enough phone and build seems good compared to other samsungs but not got the updater to work..... so back in the box till i'm bored again...

The wm 6.5 htc snap w/ wifi can be had for similar cash 2nd hand if 6.5 is a must.
