Watching Flash videos other than Youtube?

How do you do that? Isn't it supposed to work since the phone's got Flash? But, when I go to Metacafe or any other site that has flash players except Youtube. I just see an icon that says Flash Needed.

Is there a setting that I need to play with?

I've been to Adobe's site and it states Flash is coming first half of 2010 for Android 2.0 and later. Personally, I can't wait.

I thought Youtube used H264 encoded videos and not Flash (since Youtube works on my iPhone and I know that doesn't have Flash)

Phones that include an youtube app don't need flash for it to work. Instead of going to the regular site with flash in it, these apps just take the text from the site and the video stream without opening flash, instead of letting flash decode the stream, these apps do it on their own. Now there may be a way to hack the youtube app to stream from other services but the video stream has to be encoded just like youtube does it. There might even be a way to add more codecs to it, hack the browser to recognize more types of embeded video and send it to the youtube app and so on. But since flash is coming no one is going to do it....unless it's allready been done and I'm not aware of it.
