Hi Guys,

I Got my BJ2 while my stay in US, like 18 months back. it has till date served me nicely. It has been Regularly "pimped-up" as I can say with all the cracks/unlock mods/good softwares available out on MoDaCo... Until recently it started creating problems, like blinking yellow light, no boot without AC power, and weirdest of all... SIM Card failure... but second i dismiss the prompt... I see my normal Vodafone network, with full bars.

I recently(3-4 months ago) put a new Orignal Samsung battery in my phone, cuz the charge was becoming less.

What puzzles me is the fact, that the moment I'll take out my Wall/USB charger/Cable...My Phone is DEAD...KAPUT!
I had the battery tested in another BJ2... it still had a decent charge...

what seems to be the problem here guys.... sp, when i cannot get my phone replaced now!

Need ur help on this one Urgently.... Dun want my BJ to break down... just when i want to put the latest 6.5 Rom

Never run into this problem myself. Does the phone charge when you're connected to a PC with Activesync? If not, I'd probably bite the bullet and buy another battery. Reason is I was in Malaysia a while ago and picked up what looked like an exact replacement for my BJII battery, but it wouldn't charge and definitely wouldn't boot. Very last resort is I'd do a backup with Sprite or equivalent and do a hard reset to see if it would charge in the factory configuration--doubtful that any of your customizations would knock out the charging function, but you never know.

Edit: sorry, just saw you said it wouldn't charge on USB, so nix that one
