Guest useyourfist Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 if you have a uk model they were released in july 2009 so even tho you dont have recipt ect you will still be covered by warenty you dont need proof of purchase as no way it can be more then a year old, i have done this before with another product. if not in uk just google release date for wher you live and doubt it will be more then a year ago. I have already sent email to Toshiba. they say that does not assume any responsibility. its a branded phone, orange they have to ensure my repair.
