HTC HD 2 MMS SHRINKING A PICTURE

Devices:HTC HD2

I have a big problem, I can send MMS in full size, but when I get a MMS picture is shrinked to max 12 kb (very small picture) can hardly see whats on the picture...
Solution is in registry, but i need help what to edit !
Any idea ?
