The one from the kitchen should be fine...?

You flashed this over the top of Beta 1? Did you read what I posted?

I have a "big" request for the incoming kitchen and/or MCR roms. Could you add extra ringtones (the one form Cyanogen) please?

I just installed beta2 and realized I have to reinstall manually my ringtones (the one I extracted from Hero/Nexus Cyanogen rom).

Just start again and you'll be fine.

Stock ERE27 -> MCR 1.5 -> done.

Thank you excellent work!

Reflash MCR to fix the WiFi problem, VPN I don't use so can't really help on that?

I just installed this. Wifi tether is working great.

I installed something from your kitchen (superboot himem and radio, after doing the RA recovery image installation)

So not sure what this is related to, but the home key and the search key do nothing when pressed, they give a haptic response, but do not launch anything.

What do you guys think I should do? It's not a big deal the phone is running great, but it is unnerving to lose 50% of your function keys.

Any suggestions are really appreciated.

Ken

Just checking; when you say you need to have ERE27 it doesnt matter if you have ERE27 + HighMem SuperBoot before applying the MCR right?

EDIT: The easiest way was of course to test it out and I can confirm it works superb. ;) Thanks alot

Yup, flashed it over a kitchen ERE27 with highmem - workes perfectly.

Yep same, working here too. Love the ROM with highmem kernel hack and MCR1.5 b2 addon.

So much faster than when I first got the phone. That was a sluggish wreck! Thanks Paul ;)

It's a bit of an overkill to call the stock Nexus One "a sluggish wreck" isn't it? :D (Sorry for the OT)

Any news on a kitchen for this ROM?  I'm still on the Cyanogen one, but would move if this has Apps2SD in the kitchen ;)

Thanks.

Just flashed beta 2 ;) Works like a charm, solved my issues with the phone rebooting when I connect USB and seems to have solved some weird WiFi issue that I had on beta 1 (couldn't reconnect if I left home and came back home)
